How does Flexo Printing Machine work?

In each printing station, ink is first collected through pipes and onto anilox rollers, which are covered with a ceramic coating and have thousands of ink pockets. Excess ink will be scraped off with a scraper, leaving only the required amount in the engraving area. Subsequently, the ink is transferred to the flexible printing plate and then transferred to the substrate to be printed. After being processed by the dryer, the wet ink moves to the next station. Repeat the above steps until all required colors are printed. After printing is completed, other processes such as painting, lamination, etc. are performed on the substrate and finally processed into finished reels or pressed into sheets.
